THE FAQ
History - I started the LAN just because I wanted too. I will throw them monthly so I have a LAN to attend and they are fun. Having searched far a wide and finding that there where no LAN Parties within 100 miles of Houston making mine the best in Houston.
Cost - NOTHING! There is no entrance fee per say but I do request you bring a six pack of soda and 5 dollars to get in on the pizza fund. I will have a nice ice cooler with ice to place drinks in.
Place - Same place every month, my house! It is located in Copperfield in North West Houston. Near the 290 and 8 interchange. Google Map Link I do not want to publish my address online so once you sign up I will send you the exact address. But the link is extremely close to where the LAN is.
Time - I will try to have it held monthly and will aim for the 2nd to last weekend of the month.
What do I need to bring -
- Computer
- Monitor
- Keyboard and Mouse
- Headphones
- 6 foot Ethernet Cord
- Power cables / surge protector
- Six Pack of Soda
- Good attitude
Games - I am open to trying any game out but so far the ones we always play are the following
- Counter Strike: Source
- COD 4: Modern Warfare
- Left 4 Dead
