Wow, that was lame. At least in WaW you got an extra slot to setup a custom class. Looks like all you get is really lame tags. Also after the 2500 bans from steam MW2 was hack free for 3 days. Now they are back and as bad as ever! HURRAY! So hit me up if you want to group up and brave the pubbies / cheaters in modern warfare 2.

In other news BF:BC2 is looking really REALLY nice. I wish Memorial Day would get here faster so I could drive out to Austin for the Powersgaming LAN. But only a few days and then my LAN opens back up for some fun, naturally cooled LAN Party action.

On a strange note I have been getting traffic from a porn site for some reason. I was going to post my little traffic graphic but I want to keep the website clean.

Yeah this knife build in MA2, makes all those noob tubing, marty nade dropping guys in COD4 look like angels. It would not be as bad if the commando pro did not TELEPORT you over to the person 6 feet away so you can kill them. It is impossible to stop them unless...

A ) You see them coming, along way off.

B ) You get to the high ground where they have to jump to get at you.

C ) Quit the game and go drink a nice adult beverage.

Oh yeah the build is Commando Pro, Light weight pro, and marathon pro. You move like a humming bird on crack and your soldier skills are so fine tuned that you can bend the space time continuum and kill people at will.

I do not mind the double shotgun as silly as it is, as you trade off long range killing for closeup insta-death. But the knife guys, they can run across that open field taking damage and still kill you.

The reason why I feel like a tool is that I have caved in.If you have me on your friends list you would have noticed for the past couple of nights I have been playing MA2. I know I posted that huge ass rant about how much it sucks but here is why I caved in.

MA2 out ranks CS in number of people playing online

That simple feat blew my mind, of course if you total everyone playing 1.6 and source, CS still destroys MA2 but with that many people playing can it be that bad? Well be prepared for two things, if your home internet connection is not that great then you will get lag most of the time. It really isn't that bad when it happens but like all PC gamers I like to play with sub 50 ping times. With dedicated servers I can pick a server and know my ping time will be great. With IW.net I can cross my fingers and hope. The other thing you have to look out for is hackers, it seems like wall hacks are out in force. It becomes pretty obvious that people are cheating like a son of a bitch thanks to the death cam. But all in all I guess it is fun but there is that lingering feeling that it could be better.

Also thermal optics are pretty damn useless, but I like how the ACOG is handled now. The AA-12 is a sexy beast when I run through buildings.

Cisco class has struck and has taken over my Saturday when the LAN party was to be held. I have rescheduled it for January the 9th. Sorry about the last minute change but that is how it goes sometimes.

Ok I think I got everything working. Gotz me some SMTP (that will never go down!) I got all the sql work done as I f'd up my backup and had to do some of the database by hand to get it to fit.

But everything appears to be working, if you spot an error message grab a screenshot and email me! Also include what you did to get it. But I have been over every inch of this site so I hope nothing is jacked up.
